Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Alfina Fashions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to help with a clear and transparent cancellation and refund process.
Order Cancellation
You may initiate a cancellation request within 10 working days of receiving your product.
Cancellations are eligible for a full refund, provided the reason for cancellation is valid and the product is returned in its original condition.
To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at (support@alfinafashions.com) with your order details and reason for cancellation.
Return & Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by the Alfina Fashions Team, we will process your refund.
The refund amount will be credited to the same account used for the original payment.
Please allow up to 5 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product for the refund to reflect in your account.
Additional Notes
To be eligible for a full refund, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video of the product and sharing it with our customer support team at support@alfinafashions.com.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
Refunds for claims involving product damage or missing items may not be processed without proper video evidence of unboxing.
Alfina Fashions reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our return criteria.
