Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Alfina Fashions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to help with a clear and transparent cancellation and refund process.

Order Cancellation

  • You may initiate a cancellation request within 10 working days of receiving your product.

  • Cancellations are eligible for a full refund, provided the reason for cancellation is valid and the product is returned in its original condition.

  • To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at (support@alfinafashions.com) with your order details and reason for cancellation.

Return & Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected by the Alfina Fashions Team, we will process your refund.

  • The refund amount will be credited to the same account used for the original payment.

  • Please allow up to 5 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product for the refund to reflect in your account.

Additional Notes

    • To be eligible for a full refund, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video of the product and sharing it with our customer support team at support@alfinafashions.com.

    • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

    • Refunds for claims involving product damage or missing items may not be processed without proper video evidence of unboxing.

    • Alfina Fashions reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our return criteria.
